Maximize Your Earnings: Bilingual Business Development Specialist Role in Leading Digital Agency (Hybrid, Interlomas)

A premier Digital Marketing Agency that services the North American market is searching for a high-potential Bilingual Business Development Specialist to join our commercial unit at our Interlomas/Huixquilucan headquarters.

This demanding position is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on achieving sales metrics and is motivated by a competitive, uncapped commission structure. We offer a flexible hybrid arrangement that supports top performance.

Core Responsibilities (Focused on Market Expansion):

  • Lead Management: Effectively qualify and manage commercial opportunities generated from both inbound and outbound channels.

  • Client Acquisition: Confidently establish rapport and secure business contracts with international clients, primarily those in the U.S. market.

  • Service Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations of our Digital Marketing services in both English and Spanish, clearly articulating value and ROI.

  • Sales Administration: Prepare comprehensive proposal documents and diligently manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth contract closure.

  • Commercial Strategy: Actively collaborate on developing and aligning the sales strategy with the marketing department's efforts.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide precise weekly reports detailing sales activities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and conversion rates.

  • Professional Standards: Maintain impeccable professional conduct and appearance, reflecting the brand’s high standards.

Schedule and Work Model:

  • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Hybrid Model: Remote work flexibility on Fridays based on continuous performance excellence.

  • Location: Primarily on-site in our Interlomas offices.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Financial Package:

  • Base Pay: $16,000 MXN net per month.

  • Variable Pay: 10% commission on all completed sales (Uncapped earning potential).

  • Contract: Independent Contractor / Professional Services Agreement.

Requerimientos:

Mandatory Candidate Profile:

  • Language: Advanced Business Fluency in English (C1 level) is essential for negotiations and client communication with U.S. accounts.

  • Sales History: Minimum 1 year of documented experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.

  • Attitude: Must possess strong resilience, high drive, self-motivation, and excellent professional demeanor.

  • Logistics: Must be able to easily commute to or willing to relocate to the Interlomas area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain Expertise: Prior knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (SEO/SEM, social media strategies, online advertising).

  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, communicate effectively, and build long-term relationships.
