Administrate all the projects for strategic customer owned companies in Mexico, Latin America, Andean Pact and the Caribbean for new business generation and business maintenance in the region., ensuring that the appropriate cross-functional resources are allocated and co-ordinated to fulfill the costumer needs in cost and time.   Develop winning products for the entire region to support the generation of new sales.  
Coordinate the creation of technical information for new products and raw materials to maintain an up-to-date database for consultation.
Identify new business opportunities through market knowledge of the entire region in order to increase the sales of new products
Responsible of the Proactive Innovation area, in order to be always at least one step ahead of our competitors, and to be able to fulfill the requirements of our clients with the best products and technologies
 

Requerimientos:

Education:
Food Chemistry / Biochemistry Engineering/  Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Biology/ Industrial Chemestry
Preferred master degree (Developing innovating systems)

Experience:
10 plus years in New Products Development.
10 plus years at Innovation Management.

Skills:
Fluency English
Technical / Functional proficiency in development and formulation of new products, food chemestry & technology. Knowledge of  laboratory equipment , market tendencies and Food Legislation.
Results oriented, innovation, presentation skills, project administration.
Leadership, Communication, negotiation, teamwork

preferably with experience in companies of meat and seasonings
